Case Study: Real Estate Brokerage
"N" is a real estate brokerage in the United States with around 30 employees. They were planning to actually delete their social media accounts before hiring me on board to give it one last shot. The main objective of this 3-month project was to clean up their social media strategy and facilitate their expansion into another state.
Their social media presence consisted of almost exclusively Canva-templated graphics, no short form video content, and AI generated captions that the algorithm really did not love.
Objective 1: Video Content
In a video-first social media landscape, it's important to make sure that any real estate brand has short-form video integrated into their strategy.
There is no AI narration or footage;
All footage is edited by me, and consists of either filmed property tours or strategically placed stock footage that highlights the location.

Objective 2: People-First
In an industry where trust and authority are paramount, there is no better way to establish that than showing potential clients that your business has real people behind it!
Images that center people instead of templates, combined with personable human-written captions help humanize the brand in a way that low-effort posts can't even hold a candle to. I also simplified all graphics and made them far less text-heavy, so that the people on the account really stand out without distractions.

The Verdict?
On all accounts we are in the green across the board! The first month's report says it all.

Our strategy was Instagram-first. Though we saw growth across the board on all accounts at the 3 month mark, Instagram tells the full story best!

I'll sign off with my favorite commentary from the Principal Broker:
